Many organization from different industries have or had invested certain amount of resources in infrastructure, data platforms, data etc with the hope of turning information they collect into something valuable and gaining or maintaining a competitive edge over their competitors. The success, thus far, in a non - tech industry is relatively low and fell short of the senior executives expectations.
